We ship worldwide from our workshop in Suzhou, China. All orders include tracking numbers.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your NOOKMOOD bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Item must be returned in the original dust bag and packaging
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (non-defective items)
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return
Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and full refund or replacement.
How to Return

- We'll send you the return address and instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
