We want you to love your NOOKMOOD bag. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging (dust bag + gift box)
- Accompanied by the certificate of authenticity
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@nookmood.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We'll send you a return shipping label (free for US, Canada, UK, and EU customers)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
- Items not in original condition
